| 摘 要： | 我国教师教育的困境主要表现在管理模式上的＂部门条块分割＂;教学论教师的＂专业发展缺失＂;课程设置上的＂学科比例失衡＂;教学方式上的＂学生主体缺失＂及人才评价上的＂考试初衷异化＂五个方面。在终身教育的时代背景下,实施教师教育一体化;促进学科教学论教师的专业发展;大幅度地进行学科比例的调整;凸显教学方式中学生的主体地位;创新人才评价机制,这已经成为我国教师教育可持续发展的理性思路。
