| 摘 要： | 我国网络高等教育经过10余年的发展,办学体系日臻成熟,为我国高等教育的大众化与终身化发展发挥了不可替代的作用。伴随着网络教育规模和形态建设的步伐,质量保障和内涵建设问题被提到重要的议事日程,如何在高等教育以"质量"为核心语境的价值形态下,构建并实施网络高等教育的质量保障体系,是网络高等教育面临的重要任务和重大课题。构建网络高等教育质量保障体系的着力点主要体现在树立科学的网络高等教育质量观等四个方面。

| Abstract: | The online higher education in China has been improved greatly in the past ten years and has played an indispensable role in the higher education,which proves to be popular and lifelong.Quality guarantee and connotation construction should be under way with the development of the size and formation of online education.Therefore,the principal task of online higher education is to construct and to enforce the quality guarantee system based on the core context of "quality" of higher education.The focal points of quality guarantee system construction of online higher education are reflected in four aspects such as establishing scientific quality value of online higher education,etc. |
