“齐云社”对草根毽球自治的启示——以武汉市青山区为例

通过文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法对＂齐云社＂与＂草根毽球＂彼此间相关的自治理论予以论证,以武汉市青山区＂草根毽球＂参与群体为调查对象进行分析。认为＂齐云社＂与＂草根毽球＂两个相距近千年的民间体育组织在不同的时代背景下有着各自鲜明且相似的自治特征;在对武汉市青山区＂草根毽球＂参与群体的人员、动机、组织、设施现状进行调查分析后,通过分析＂齐云社＂自我教育、自我管理与服务的自治特征,以期能给现代＂草根毽球＂自治化发展以启示。

On the Enlightenment of Qiyun Community on the Autonomous Management of Grussroots Shuttlecock -- Taking the Qingshan District of Wuhan City as an Example

Through the method of literature review, interviews, questionnaires and mathematical statistics, this paper demonstrates the mutually related autonomous management theory of Qiyun Community and Grassroots shut- tlecock and analyzes the participating groups of Grassroots shuttlecock from Wuhan＇s Qingshan District. It sug- gests that the two folk sports organizations, Qiun Community and Grassroots Shuttlecock, though the latter is one thousand years later than the former, share distinctive and similar characteristic of autonomous management at different eras. On top of the investigation of the partcipating groups＇members, motivations, organizations and the facility conditions of the Grussroots shuttlecock in Wuhang tics of self-education, self-management and self-service of of offering enlightenments for the autonomous management Qingshan District, the paper analyzes the characteris- Qiyun Communityg automous management in the hope development of the modem Grassroots Shuttlecock.
