| 摘 要： | 鉴于数据库过量下载在高校图书馆频繁发生,近几年各学校陆续制定了规范数据库使用的版权公告。该文分析了部分高校版权公告的内容,借鉴国外的经验,从制定模式以及形式和内容方面,对约束数据库过量下载的版权公告的规范化提出了建议。

| Abstract: | Incidents of database excessive downloading happened frequently in our country especially in the university libraries.The institutions have worked out successively the copyright statement for fair use of database resource during the past several years.This paper analyzes the content of some copyright statement,and then gives out suggestions on the form and content of copyright statement based on foreign experience. |
