| 摘 要： | 针对大学生创新能力不足的问题,对创新能力的培养规律进行了研究,提出了通过组织开展各级各类科技竞赛培养大学生创新能力的途径。以笔者所在高校为载体,系统研究了通过科技竞赛培养创新能力的方法和具体措施,最后对实施效果进行了分析。

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problem of university students'lacking innovative capability,the paper researches the rules of training innovative capability,suggests a method of improving university students'innovative capability through organizing scientific and technical competition.At the university where the author works,the method and steps of training students'innovative capacity through organizing are studied systematically,and finally,the result is analyzed. |
