列宁的对外开放思想及启示

新经济政策时期 ,列宁提出了社会主义国家对外开放的思想 ,并付诸苏维埃俄国恢复和发展国民经济的实践。根据世界经济的发展趋势和俄国国情 ,列宁指出社会主义共和国不同世界发生联系是不能生存下去的 ;由于垄断资本对高额利润的贪欲和帝国主义各国各集团之间存在着矛盾 ,列宁认为社会主义国家对外开放是完全可能的 ;在此基础上 ,列宁提出了以租让制为核心、对外贸易为桥梁的多种开放形式

Lenin's Thoughts of Opening to the Outside World and its Inspiration

In the period of new economic policy, Lenin put forward the thoughts of opening to the outside world in socialist country and put it into effect in the economic recovery and the development of the Soviet Russia. According to the tendency of the economic development in the world and Russian situation, Lenin pointed out that socialist republic country cannot exist without having relationship with other countries. Because of the greed of monopoly capital for high profits and the contradiction among the imperialism countries, Lenin thought that it was possible for the socialist country to open to the outside world.Lenin, on the basis of fully proving the necessity and possibility of opening to the outside world, proposed many kinds of opening forms charactered by regarding leasing as the core and taking foreign trade as bridge.
