| 摘 要： | 伴随着经济和社会的快速发展,我国生态环境承受了巨大的压力,环境管理问题也成为社会讨论的热点问题.国际机构在中国环境管理中扮演了重要的角色,并取得了一定程度上的管理权.由于联合国的影响,中国制订了环境保护的基本法律,建立了政府的环境保护机构,并宣布了<中国21世纪议程>;世界贸易组织则对中国环境保护法的实施有所影响.但是我国的环境管理仍未达到国际社会所预期的水平,所以我国应进一步利用国际机构的力量,逐步推动我国企业符合环境管理的要求,争取国际机构的资金和技术支持并努力在国际机构中扮演更重要的角色.
