| Abstract: | Knowledge is the source of competence. Learning is the key way of acquisition and absorbing, accumulating the knowledge. The patent pool has prominent technological characteristic. Learning through patent pool is an important means to acquire knowledge. Nokia learned actively from leading partners of patent pools, got rapid improvement in the mobile technology and comprehensive capabilities, became the leading firm in the global mobile phone market. |
