| 摘 要： | 本文用索绪尔的语言符号观对西方语言学传统在语言和现实关系问题上的三种不同的观点，即语词表征事物的观点、语词表征概念的观点和语词通过概念表征事物的观点进行批判，目的是进一步阐发索绪尔对语言与现实关系的新的解释，并试图说明索绪尔作为一个语言学家，虽然没有详细揭示语言和现实的关系，但他的语言符号理论完全能够与语言和现实整体联系的看法相容。
