| Abstract: | In this paper,the writers define the precise concept of authorized legislation.It exists some problems when limits of authority is expanded infinitely in reality.So the writers put forward some suggestions in purpose of completing the authorized legislation.For example,the system of ratifying and putting on records,and making the range of supervision explicit. |
