山东省师范院校课外体育活动现状与对策研究

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法对山东省师范院校课外体育活动进行研究,旨在为师范类高校课外活动提供参考.研究表明:山东省师范院校大学生课外体育活动兴趣和参与率较高,课外体育活动动机呈现多元性,课外体育活动场所主要是学校,课外体育活动形式多样化,体育项目选择具有倾向性,锻炼强度比较合理.

Present situation and countermeasures of extracurricular sports activities in Shandong normal institutions

With literature,questionnaire,interview,statistics and logical analysis methods,it made a study of extracurricular sports activities in Shandong normal institutions to provide references for them.The results show that: it is high of the extracurricular sports participation rate of interest and motivation in Shandong normal institutions and showing diversity of extracurricular activities.The extracurricular sports venues are mainly in schools and has diverse forms of extra-curricular sports activities.The sp...
