中国创业投资国有模式的缺陷及政策建议

The Disadvantages of State-owned Venture Capital Pattern and Policy Suggestion

Our world has entered into information economy era. Information-intensive industry has become the mainstay industry of information economy,the engine of economic sustainable development,the crucial factor of the long-run international competitive advantages of one country. Venture capital is the important sustainable system of information economy. The commercialization and industrialization of high-tech achievements can't survive without venture capital. After the analysis of the disadvantages of state-owned venture capital pattern,this paper points out that private fund pattern,policy introduced fund pattern,and foreign capital pattern are three feasible venture capital patterns. The three patterns will overcome the disadvantages of state-owned venture capital pattern. They will demonstrate the functions of venture capital and guarantee that the economy system can get enough innovation and venture enterprises to support and facilitate the economy to develop persistently.
