科技产出与普通高校发展规模的相关性研究

摘    要:本文利用表示科技产出的三个指标量和一个表示普通高校发展规模的指标量,借助origin和spss软件,通过参数估计、显著性检验等,采用相关性分析和回归方法,建立了科技产出与普通高校发展规模之间的数学模型.通过对数学模型的分析判断,再利用弹性系数对科技产出与普通高等教育规模之间的发展关系进行了敏感性分析,从而确立了科技产出与普通高校规模之间的发展趋势.得出科技产出与普通高校发展规模之间存在着正相关性和较弱的敏感性结论,认为1995~2002年间我国高等教育与科技规模之间发展较为协调,并预测在未来几年,科技将会出现快速增长.

Abstract:Applying the three index- quantity of science and technology-productionand an index quantity expressed the developing scale of high educational schools, the paper constitutes a mathematical pattern of scienceproduction and the developing scale of high educational schools by using the software of ORIGIN and SPSS through the correlative analysis and regression method of index-estimation and nobility-inspection. The paper points out the developing trend of science-production and the developing scale of high educational schools by the analysis of the mathematical pattern and sensitive compare of relationship between science-production and the developing scale of high educational schools. From above, the paper draws the conclusion that there exists positive relativity and weak sensitivity between science-production and the developing scale of high educational schools, and believes that the development between domestic high education and technology-scale is in line and drops out that science and technology will increase quickly in the following years.
