专群结合:反腐斗争的“东方经验”

专群结合是党和国家机关开展斗争和工作的一个优良传统和突出特色,是我国政法、公安、消防、安全、社会治安等工作的一大优势,被誉为"东方经验"。这个经验在反腐斗争中也被多次运用,并取得成效。新时期新阶段,继承并创新专群结合经验,建立专群结合的反腐机制,既符合中国化马克思主义的民主反腐思想,又是学习贯彻十七大精神、实践科学发展观,建立防治腐败长效机制的积极探索。当前,必须着力加强反腐专门机关建设,着力推进专群结合的具体化规范化制度化,着力健全激励与惩罚机制,着力相信、依靠、发动和组织群众,着力同腐败分子作坚决的斗争并取得反腐斗争的胜利。
