摘    要:高校图书馆读者服务工作存在着投入不足,重“硬件”轻“软件”、人才紧缺等问题。对此,高校决策层和图书馆决策层应当转变观念,采取相应措施,予以解决,不断改进高校图书馆服务工作,不断提高其服务质量。

Abstract:There exist the service problems in college libraries, such as insufficient investment, preference of "hardware" to "software", and severe shortage of qualified persons, etc. Therefore, it is necessary for the decision - making people in colleges and college libraries to change their opinions and take corresponding measures, so as to solve these problems, gradually improve the service in college libmries, and gradually improve the quality of the service.
