| 摘 要： | 论文从21所中学的申报表和若干个案分析，看出图书馆馆员情况在边缘化状态；通过对多元智力、犯人船事件、激励、格雷欣法则和阿克洛夫模型5个方面作了思考，提出无论是制度上、机制上、图书馆目标上，还是馆员自身努力上都有待创新。

| Abstract: | In this paper, we analyzed the applications of 21 middle school, and found that the librarian is at the margin of the school. Multiwisdom theory, boat of prisoner, inspirit, the law of Gresham and Akalov mode are considered. It is necessary to innovate not only on the aspect of system, the target of library, and also the effort of librarian himself. |
