| 摘 要： | 珠三角地区现今的外向型经济是一种外资企业主导、处于经济全球化初期的出口加工贸易型国际代工经济，且面临企业创新能力薄弱、经济方式粗放、区域发展不平衡的困境。珠三角地区企业应在政府政策引导的前提下，增强自身技术创新能力；在运用高新技术推动产业结构优化升级的基础上，把产业升级和产业扶持、改造、转移有机结合起来；在追求信息化嵌入式的新型工业化的前提下，超越国际代工经济，进而实现外向型经济的超越。

| Abstract: | The export-oriented economy in Pearl River Delta is dominated by foreign-owned enterprises. OEM, a kind of export processing trade in the early years of economic globalization, is facing some dilemmas in respect of innovation capability, economic mode, regional development. The policy guidance of the government plays an important role in improving their innovation capability and advanced technologies lead to update industrial structures and integrate industrial support, transformation, transfer. The new information-based industry may exceed international OEM and help to come to exportoriented economy. |
