| 摘 要： | 教师对新课程的神秘化或简单化的错误认知、教师的自我扩张和自我萎缩以及静止片面的学生观等认知障碍,情感冷淡、紧张恐慌、沮丧失落的情绪障碍,孤僻沉闷求稳、清高傲慢狭隘的个性障碍等,已对基础教育课程改革带来了严重的阻碍。积极引导、帮助教师更新教育观念,了解悦纳自我、完善自我,解除心理包袱,勇敢面对现实,挑战自我,积极参与研究实践新课程,已成为当务之急。
