| 摘 要： | LM1575是一种单片降压转换稳压器,其主要性能有:输出电流为1A,输入电压范围7～30V,输出电压为5V,效率为82%。用Pspice软件中的ABM模块对一种常用的降压型开关稳压器LM1575进行建模,并对建模的结果进行仿真验证,以期达到对同类单片IC用该类方法建模提供一个参考作用。

| Abstract: | LM1575 is a switching voltage stabilizers Shanpian relief, and its main function : to 1A outputcurrent, input voltage range 7-30V, exporting voltage to 5V, 82% efficiency. Modeled a commonly used kind ofbuck switching regulator(LM1575) with Pspice, then simulated and validated the result. By this way, it cansupply reference to modeling this kind of the monolithic integrated circuits. |
