| 摘 要： | 创新是企业培养核心竞争力的根本出路。建设创新型企业就是要使创新成为企业的自觉行为,这是我国企业参与国际经济竞争的必然选择。建设创新型企业是一项系统工程,它要求企业从观念、管理、技术等方面构建一个完整的企业创新体系。建设创新型企业是复杂的不断创新的过程。

| Abstract: | The innovation is the basic outlet of an enterprise to raise its core competitive power.To set up innovation enterprises it should make the innovation to become the enterprises' the aware behavior,this is the inevitably choice for China's enterprises participate in the international economy competition.To set up innovation enterprise is a systemic project,and requests the enterprise to set up a complete enterprise innovation system including many aspects such as idea,management,and technology,etc.To set up innovation enterprise is the complex unceasing innovation process. |
