日本理工科扩充政策的史学考察

上世纪50年代初,日本基本走出了战败后的阴影,经济获得了较大的发展.自1995年起,日本进入经济高速增长期.随着经济的快速发展,技术人才的需求日趋凸显.为此,日本政府制定了高等教育理工科扩充政策.这一政策的出台,不仅为日本经济增长和产业发展提供了人才资源,促进了日本经济的快速发展和社会繁荣,同时也带动了高等教育的发展与规模扩大,为日本高等教育进入大众化和确立"科学技术立国"发展战略打下了基础.

A Historical Investigation to the Expansion Policy of the Science and Technology Universities in Japan

At the beginning of the 50s last century,Japan almost escaped the shadow of the defeat in the war and achieved a great deal in economy.Japan has stepped into the rapidly increasing stage of economy since 1995.With the rapid development of the economy,the skilled personnel were badly needed.The Japanese government constituted the expansion policy of higher education of science and technology to meet the personnel need.The output of the policy supplied the skilled personnel resource for the increase of economy and the growth of industry,and boosted up the economy to be rapidly developing and the society to be prosperous.Meanwhile,the policy also brought along the development and expansion of higher education,which established the foundation for the popularization of the highter education and the developing strategy of "to strengthen nation by science and technology" in Japan.
