| 摘 要： | 针对高校篮球课教学时数少，教学内容偏多，学生入学基础差的情况，在高校篮球普修课教学中采用专项化活动性游戏和组合技术作为主要教学内容和练习手段，把培养兴趣、掌握方法、锻炼身心、终身受益作为课程的总目标进行初步改革尝试，通过教学实验验证其效果及在教学实践中的可行性。

| Abstract: | There are less teaching classes, more teaching contents, and the students' basis is poor in universities Plays and combing techniques are the main teaching contents in universities' basketball teaching, Mastering methods ,exercising body and mind, and benefiting all life, it will be reformed preliminary and will test its teaching feasibility in practise by teaching experiments. |
