| Abstract: | Using the systematic analytical method,the article provides an overview of the technologies used in the system platform in the modern distance education,which include the functional structure of the application systems for each actor in the distance education,the functional structure and hierarchical structure of the platforms for the developers under network environment,and the O.K.I.specifications for educational technology interoperability. |
