| Abstract: | In judicial practice, witnesses reluctant to testify are common occurrences, restricting judicial reform has become a ＂bottleneck＂. Only profound analysis of the reasons for the witness to testify in court, and actively explore effective ways to better guarantee the normal activities of the proceedings, the efficiency of the proceedings, and safeguard the justice. |
