论教学认识的嬗变与反思

摘    要:社会的发展对价值观的冲击使人们对教学的认识产生了混乱,失去了对教学本身的明确认识与要求。教学更多地服务于知识的传承、科技的革新与劳动力的再创造,成为知识与技能的批量生产,教师也成为一种单纯的赖以谋生的职业。建国君民、教学为先的神圣光芒开始黯淡,教师作为精神领袖的地位不复存在,社会产生了诸多对教学和教师的误解和轻视。针对这一现状,教育者应在历史的传承中澄清对教学的认识,反思与探求教学的意义。

Abstract:Because of the impact on values caused by the social development,people’s understanding of teaching becomes pluralistic and disordered,thus losing the specific cognition and requirement of teaching itself.Teaching serves all the more the transmission of knowledge,technological innovation and recreation of labor,being the volume production of knowledge and techniques.Teacher becomes a simply career of making a living.The principle of When establishing a state and ruling its people,teaching is the important thing becomes dimly.Teachers are not the spiritual leaders any more and a lot of misunderstanding and disdain of teaching and teachers arise.Based on the present situation,educators should clarify the understanding of teaching,and reflect and explore the meaning of teaching in the transmission of history.
