| 摘 要： | “90后”大学生正成为当前高校最主要的就业群体。受家庭、学校、社会等多方面因素的影响，“90后”大学生的择业观呈现出喜忧并存的鲜明特点。家庭、学校、社会等应共同努力、协同做好大学生择业观的教育工作。尤其是高校要通过合理而有效的思想政治教育工作来引导“90后”大学生树立正确的择业观。

| Abstract: | The college students born in 1990s have become the main body of current college students seeking employments.The views on seeking employment of the college students born in 1990s present distinct characteristics affected by the family,school and society.The characteristics are satisfactory as well as dissatisfactory.The family,school and society should make joint efforts and accomplish the education about the views on seeking employments together.The colleges should especially guide the "1990s" to have the right views on seeking employments by the ideological education that is rational and effective. |
