| 摘 要： | 分析作者投稿的动机.认为,只有通过作者与编辑系统的自主双向选择,符合社会、作者和编辑系统3方目标的著作物才会脱颖而出,成为正式出版物;而最终目的是对稿件内容和质量进行优化控制,使之得到读者和社会的认同.

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing contribution motives of different authors, a conclusion is made that, only when a two-way choice is made freely between the authors and the editing system, works in accordance with the aim of the society, the author and the editing system can be finally published. In addition, the final target is to realize the optimum control of the contribution's content and quality so as to gain recognition from readers and society, and realize the publication's cultural value as well. |
