欠发达地区农村文化体系建设研究

由于经济、管理、经费投入等方面的原因,导致欠发达地区农村文化体系建设存在着作用发挥不够、育人功能不强、经费投入不足等问题,需要从重视农村文化发展,加大基础设施建设,增强农村文化活力入手,以提高欠发达地区农村文化发展水平,为社会主义新农村建设提供文化支持。

Study on the Building of Country Culture System in Less Developed Areas

Due to the aspects of economy,administration and fund,some problems are existing in building county culture system in less developed areas,such as the lack of playing its role,not capable to educate people and the short of funds. It is needed to attach importance to the development of country culture,enlarging the building of infrastructure,strengthening the vitality of country culture so as to improve the level of country culture in less developed areas and provide the cultural support of building New Socialist Countryside.
