| 摘 要： | 保障高校心理咨询师的身心健康发展是提高高校心理咨询效果的重要保证。针对目前高校心理咨询师在咨询模式、职业倦怠和个人成长这三个方面面临的挑战,详细阐述了转变视角、修炼自身素质、参与咨询团队、参与培训和寻求督导五种应对策略。

| Abstract: | Protecting the college psychological counselors' physical and mental health is the important guarantee for improving university psychological consultation.This thesis aim at the current three aspects challenges that college psychological counselors faced with of the consulting model,burnout and the personal growth,elaborates five coping strategies of the changes in perspective,practicing their own quality,participation in consultant team,participation in training and for supervision. |
