浅谈加强图书馆馆员服务意识,提高图书馆服务质量

摘    要:目前高校图书馆管理员整体服务意识不高,图书管理员又是图书馆的灵魂,提高图书管理员的整体素质成为了图书馆面临的重要问题,然而只有提高管理员的整体素质,才能更好的为读者服务。本文结合目前高校图书馆管理员素质的现状,提出了高校图书馆馆员素质培养的有效方法。

Abstract:The overall awareness of service librarians in colleges and universities is not higher,librarians is the soul of the library,to improve the overall quality of librarians as the Book important issues facing the museum,but to improve the overall quality of the administrator in order to better serve the readers.In this paper,the quality of the current status of college librarians,college librarians proposed an effective method of quality training.
