社会主义核心价值观引领下的教师核心价值观构建研究

教师核心价值观是社会主义核心价值体系的重要组成部分,其内涵的构建和凝练是促进学生健康成长的需要,教师实现自我完善的需要,推动社会进步的需要。构建过程中,要坚持职业性原则、时代性原则、实践性原则和国际化原则,以此为基础,可以将当代教师核心价值观凝练为"忠于祖国、献身教育,学为人师、行为世范,仁爱厚生、有教无类,爱岗敬业、安贫乐道,勤于探索、传承创新"。
