On Jiang Zemin's diversity concept and its significance to the Chinese diplomatic work

Due to both historical and realistic reasons, there happen to exist in each country of the world diverse political systems, economic structures, value orientations, and cultural backgrounds, regardless of one's willingness. It is on basis of the existence of this diversity that human society moves continuously forward. Furthermore, the recognition of this global diversity serves as a prelude or precondition of a new order of international political economy. Likewise, the writer assumes that the 21st century cannot become a century of one model. This is the context of Jiang Zemin's diversified concept, under which Chinese diplomatic cause has achieved a great success.
