| 摘 要： | 培育科研特色是地方高校科研发展的根本出路；科研特色具有本土化、集成化和前沿性等特征；地方高校科研特色的培育具有其基本规律；以地方经济、社会发展需要为突破口，以学科综合、交叉为立足点是地方高校科研特色培育的主要途径，科研带头人的培养和科研团队的建设、科研方向的整合、基础实验设施建设以及完善激励机制是科研特色培育的条件保障。

| Abstract: | Cultivating the scientific research characteristics is the only way out for local colleges/universities. These characteristics are localized, integrated and front-edged, and have their own basic laws. Taking local economic and social development as the breakthrough and disciplinary integration and intersection as the stand-point is the principal way of developing these characteristics. The training of the scientific research leaders and the construction of the scientific research team, the integration of the scientific orientations, the building of the basic experiment facilities and the perfection of the motivation mechanism are the essential conditions safeguarding the cultivation of the scientific research characteristics. |
