| 摘 要： | 利用钻孔和挖掘的方法从滇池底泥获得12个样品,利用阿须贝无氮培养基,硝化菌、亚硝化菌培养基及硝酸盐培养基分离其中的优势菌,并进行计数、鉴定及分析,结果发现,滇池底泥广泛分布有与氮素循环有关的细菌。

| Abstract: | With the help of four kinds of culture mediums,bacteria are separated from twelve samples are taken from the upper sediment in Dian Chi Lake.The result shows that the distribution of the bacteria that relation to nitrogen cycle is very extensive. |
