| 摘 要： | 对高等院校进行合理分工是调和高等教育中不同价值观念之间冲突的有效途径.高等职业技术院校在高等教育系统中具有独特的功能,因此,只有在其目标定位、专业设置、教学内容、教学组织形式和方法、师资队伍建设等方面都体现出鲜明的特色,才能更好地发挥高等职业技术院校的作用.

| Abstract: | Reasonable division of function in higher schools is an effective way to reconcile the conflicts between different values of higher education. Higher vocational schools have their own functions in higher education system and they should realize their functions by presenting their own characteristics in aim position, specialty provision, teaching contents, teaching methods and teaching staff. |
