| 摘 要： | 在教育全球化的背景下,法国传统的综合大学、大学校与研究中心三足鼎立的模式已经不能适应发展和国际竞争的要求。受法国高教与研究部委派,克里斯蒂安.菲利普教授带领专家小组就大学和大学校相互合作的新途径以及如何共同打造"法国"国际教育品牌等问题提出改革建议并提交报告。本文将着重介绍这项报告的背景、内容及意义,解析法国高等教育发展的趋势及策略。
