| Abstract: | The rule concerning the witness in refusing to serve as a witness is an important rule of proof in a modern legal country.Starting from introducing the textual research into the history of the rule on the witness refusing to serve as a witness and foreign legislation,the article has analyzed the necessity of establishing the rule on the witness refusing to serve as a witness and put forward suggestions of legislation in terms of the system. |
