| 摘 要： | 世纪初，我国民办高等教育得到了较快地发展，并发挥了较大的作用，但是在发展过程中仍存在诸多问题，本文试从认识和评价民办高等教育的地位与作用入手，分析世纪初民办高等教育的现实问题，并为其改革和发展提出几点意见和建议。

| Abstract: | Non - governmental higher education of China has developed fast and played an important role since the beginning of 21st century, but there are still many problems in the course of its development, therefore, this essay begins with the evaluation of the position and function of non - governmental higher education, then puts forward several suggestions on its reform and development after analyzing its actual problems. |
