| 摘 要： | 适应需求教学模式是湖南职教“九五”规划科研课题组开发的职业素质教学模式的一个变式。本文以成功进行职业素质教学模式的研究和实验的澧县职业中专为例,阐述了适应需求教学模式的提出、内涵、构建和案例,分析了案例的基本经验以及实行这一模式的可行性及其作用。
