前移后拓:构建师范大学思想政治教育专业四年连续性实践教学体系初探

所谓前移后拓,是指以理论教学为先导,运用实习基地的教育资源,把教育教学实习有效地前移到一年级和拓展到大学四年级二期的实习总结,实现对师范大学思想政治教育专业学生教育教学技能四年全程培养。这是一个使思想政治教育专业大学生能不间断地受到教育教学技能熏陶与训练的系统的工程。这项工程所形成的体系落实了教育部有关实践教学课时的硬性规定;体现了专业培养目标的必然要求和专业学生实现自我职业生涯设计的内在要求;实现了连续性和整体性的统一、主动性和互动性的统一以及独特性和社会性的统一;具有良好的持续发展势头和广阔的运用推广前景。
