泛珠九省重特大突发事件政府应急管理现状的调查分析*

泛珠九省(区)在应急管理方面的合作处于全国领先水平.通过对九省(区)的应急干部进行问卷调查研究,泛珠九省(区)应急管理干部对目前应急管理发展情况总体评价较好,他们已经对重大突发事件形成基本共识,同时也认为当前重大突发事件政府应急管理也存在一定的问题.泛珠九省(区)应急管理人员根据当前的应急管理规律与问题,应进一步建设与完善运作机制同,变革当前的管理模式,构建相应的政府应急管理新的体系,加强合作机制建设.
