摘    要:基于DEA-Tobit两步法对全国农业科技服务对农业生产效率的影响进行实证分析。结果表明,农业生产综合效率最高的是北京、上海、福建、陕西和青海这五个地区,且地区间存在区域差异。农民专业合作社成员人数和农业科技推广机构从业人员数对农业生产综合效率产生显著影响。在当前形势下,就提高农业生产综合效率而言,以农民专业合作社为主导的农业科技服务体系相对于政府主导型农推体系更有优势。

Empirical study on the effects of agricultural science and technology services to agricultural production efficiency
Abstract:This article makes an empirical analysis of the effects national agricultural science and technology services have on agricultural production efficiency based on the two-steps method of DEA - Tobit. The results show that the five regions including Beijing, Shanghai, Fujian, Shaanxi, and Qinghai have the highest comprehensive efficiency of agricultural production. And there are regional differences in comprehensive efficiency of agricultural production. Members of the farmers" professional co-operatives and workers in agricultural science and technology extension institutions respectively have a significant influence on comprehensive efficiency of agricultural production. In the current situation, in terms of comprehensive efficiency of agricultural production, agricultural science and technology service system dominated by farmers" professional co-operatives has more advantages relative to agricultural extension system dominated by the government.
