考虑政府引导的社会源危险废物回收处理模式研究

分析社会源危险废物回收处理现状及制约因素,结合实际情况提出四种回收处理模式,建立考虑政府补贴的决策模型,运用博弈论方法讨论最优参数,探索最佳模式。研究表明,单位补贴额度一定时,处理商回收模式下的回收价格和回收率最高,政府应鼓励处理商回收,并制定相应措施引导回收。

Study on mode of social hazardous waste collecting and disposing considering the leading of Government

In this paper,in order to explore effective mode,the current situations and influencing factors are analyzed;four kinds of collecting and disposing modes are studied;the decision models considering Government subsidies are constructed;and the optimal parameters are calculated using Game Theory.The study presents that collecting price and rate of recovery are the highest when the social hazardous wastes are collected and disposed by the treatment company,within the same sub-sidies per unit.Therefore,the treatment company should be encouraged to collect and dispose the social hazardous wastes, and corresponding measures should be taken to guide the recovery by Government.
