| 摘 要： | 将众多学者提出的多种对外技术依存度的测算方法归纳为三种,并根据《中国高技术产业统计年鉴(1996-2015)》提供的数据,运用这三种方法分别测度中国医药制造业对外技术依存度的现状,进而对三种方法的适切性进行对比分析。结果显示,在医药制造业发展中的不同阶段,三种方法均有其合理性及局限性。据此,经综合分析后,至2020年,中国医药制造业实际对外技术依存度将降低至30%以下。

Comparison of Three Kinds of Measurement Methods for Foreign Technology Dependence: A Case Study of Chinese Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Industry |

| Abstract: | This paper classifies a variety of methods for measuring the dependence on foreign technology into three types, and according to the data of " China Statistics Yearbook on High Technology Industry (1995-2015)" ,use these three methods to measure the status quo of foreign technology dependence of China"s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, compare and analyze appropriateness of the three methods.The results show that the three methods are reasonable and limited in different stages of the development of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Accordingly, after the comprehensive analysis, to 2020, China"s pharmaceutical manufacturing industry will be reduced to 30% of the actual foreign technology dependence. |
