| 摘 要： | 医药产业技术创新战略联盟是涉及多元利益相关者的集合体,技术创新不同阶段的特性决定了利益相关者在各阶段所扮演的角色和发挥的作用应有所不同.结合技术创新链与利益相关者理论,分析了技术创新不同阶段利益相关者的构成、角色及其作用的动态演化,为有针对性地最大化发挥利益相关者的作用,实现医药联盟的运行效率提出了建议.

Role analysis on the stakeholder of the pharmaceutical industry strategic alliance-- from the Perspective of Technological innovation chain |

| Abstract: | Pharmaceutical industry strategic alliance involves multiple stakeholders.Different characteristics of each stage of the technological innovation chain mean that the stakeholders should play different roles in each stage.Only understanding this,can measures be taken to maximize the function of stakeholders.Combined the theory of technological innovation chain and stakeholders,the composition,role and action mechanism of the stakeholders in each stage were analyzed,and suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of alliance operation were provided. |
