| 摘 要： | 通过分析政府开展涉及专利的标准的制定过程,探讨得出政府推进专利实现标准垄断化存在政府协助培育市场的路径和政府协助扩大市场份额的路径.模仿波士顿矩阵构建一个以“市场化程度”为横坐标、以“技术水平”为纵坐标的政府推进专利实现标准垄断化模式的二维匹配图,认为政府推进专利实现标准垄断化存在政府培育模式、政府主导模式、政府扶持模式和政府支持模式等4种模式.

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the formulationSprocessSof standards involving patents by the government or standardization organization authorized by the government. There are two paths, one path is that the government helped to cultivate theSmarket, the other path is that government assistance to expand market share. There are four models, they are government cultivating model, government leading model, government assisting model and government support model. |
