随机产出随机需求下的供应链协调问题研究

考虑随机产出随机需求下单供应商-单零售商的两级供应链系统,研究回购契约在双随机环境下协调供应链的作用,分别建立基于批发价格契约与回购契约的供应链分散决策模型,比较两种契约安排下的供应商定价、零售商订货决策以及供应链各方利润,揭示影响回购价格的关键因素,分析供应商产出波动、需求波动分别对供应商定价决策、零售商订货决策以及供应链各方利润的影响。研究表明,回购契约能有效协调随机产出随机需求下的供应链运作,且回购契约对供应链效率改善随着供应商产出波动的增加而提高。

Research on supply chain coordination under random yield and uncertain demand

A two-stage supply chain with single supplier and single retailer is considered under random yield and uncertain demand. The role of buy-back contract in the coordination of supply chain is studied; decentralized decision models of supply chain are built under buyback contract and wholesale price contract. The pricing decision of the supplier, the ordering decisions of the retailer and the profits of all parts in supply chain, is compared under two cases. The key factors influencing buy-back price is revealed, and the impact of the fluctuation of yield and demand on the pricing and ordering decision of supply chain, the profits of all parts in supply chain, is analyzed. It is showed that buy-back contract can effectively coordinate supply chain under random yield and uncertain demand, and the effect of buy-back contract on improving the efficiency of supply chain increases with the increase of the fluctuations of random yield.
