| 摘 要： | 少数民族风俗习惯是我国目前学界各个学科研究的热点问题之一,其中婚姻家庭领域的习俗较为丰富、复杂,包括财产继承习俗等。各个民族都有其独特的习俗,作为少数民族之一的哈萨克族也不例外。在家庭财产继承领域,哈萨克族主要实行以男性为中心的单系继承习俗,女性一般不享有财产继承的权利。

| Abstract: | Customs of ethnic minorities are one of hot issues in all the academic disciplines,the customs of marriage and family field are particularly richer and complex,for example,inheritance customs.Each nation has its own customs,the Kazak ethnic minority is no exception.In the field of family inheritance,Kazakh mainly implements male-centered monophyletic inheritance customs,usually women are not entitled to inheritance rights. |
