| 摘 要： | 文章把工业化过程理解为一个地区经济总量不断扩张和经济结构不断调整的综合进程,介绍了测量工业化进程的方法,及在处理数据过程中应注意的事项。利用该方法得出新疆工业化的总体特征为:新疆2009年处于由工业化初期向工业化中期过渡时期。工业化进程缓慢,工业化严重滞后于全国整体水平,且近年来逐渐落后于西部整体水平。工业化进程各指标间协调性差,工业结构指标尤其落后。新疆以地州为单位的各区域间工业化差异大,分布于前工业化社会到工业化后期的四个阶段。文章最后根据新疆工业化现状提出了若干政策建议。
