城镇化进程中城郊失地农民市民化问题研究——以河南省为例

城镇化是社会发展的必然过程,城镇化的核心是人的市民化.目前在河南省新型城镇建设过程中,存在城郊失地农民市民化速度与城镇化速度不协调、城郊失地农民市民化的主体地位丧失、省内各地区的城镇化率差距过大、城郊失地农民不愿市民化等问题.研究河南省城镇化进程中城郊失地农民市民化问题,对推动河南省新型城镇建设,加快城镇化步伐,解决＂三农＂问题具有重要的现实意义.
